Laser Scan to BIM
Sense Air can create Point Cloud data with laser scanners to support as-built information modeling and deliver scanned data with an accuracy of less than a millimetre. Additionally Sense Air can also provide cinematic flyover of the facilities as well as 360-degree photographic views of the existing building elements to capture the texture of each material

We use UAS/UAV, and other vehicles in conjunction with other data capture technologies to create layered sets of complex visual and spatial data to offer a range of tailored services and off the shelf solutions.
We are frequent collaborators with global innovators in the automated remote technology sector with a core function being cross platform application to push the envelope of BIM technology in the construction industry to optimize the collection of precision data, built-space situational awareness, construction efficiency and cost reduction to the client.

BIM & VDC
Building information modeling or BIM is a process supported by various tools technologies and contracts involving the generation and management of digital representations of physical and functional characteristics of places. Typically the BIM process includes a combination of information-rich 3D models and associated structured data, called the BIM database, to be used during the entire asset life cycle. Internationally the BIM process and associated data structures are best defined in ISO 19650 and 12006 series of standards. 3D models and associated data are saved in proprietary and/or openBIM formats and should contain data sets that can be extracted, exchanged and networked to support intelligence and decision making in the built asset space.

Virtual design and construction, or VDC, takes BIM data sets to create integrated design projects (IDP) so that scopes of work from the entire project are contained within a single entity, allowing construction, scheduling and cost analysis to exist in the same space, reducing duplication of work and errors. Transitioning to VDC is a necessity for the industry as McKinsey stated in the 2020 that 'digitization of processes and services' is and will be the major disruptor of the industry, creating unique opportunities to enhance service.
